Jim Bilsborough, PMP
- a Chesapeake VA resident with a long and distinguished career in IT and
management consulting, including eighteen years of successfully initiating,
planning and directing programs and projects delivering innovative information
systems in a wide range of commercial and technology environments.
Jim has worked for major corporations, consulting firms and as an independent consultant
in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand. He is a results-driven
Project Management professional with extensive experience and in-depth understanding of
management and project disciplines as well as emerging technologies and their commercial
application.

Project Management Institute,
Jim is passionate about project management as a discipline and the application/introduction
of repeatable structured methods and procedures to achieve successful project
and operational results.
